This Payments and Refunds policy outlines the payment terms for XpressTech services, including web design, digital marketing, social media marketing, IT consulting, and Xpress Lite landing pages, as well as our refund eligibility and process. All services are initiated only after the required payment is received, as detailed in our Terms and Conditions.
XpressTech requires advance payment for all services to ensure timely initiation and delivery. Payments must be made via approved methods, including UPI, Razorpay, or bank transfer, as specified during the checkout process. The following table outlines the payment terms for our plans:

No additional fees (e.g., cancellation or processing fees) will be charged for eligible refunds. Refunds are not available for third-party costs (e.g., ad credits for marketing campaigns) or services partially completed due to client delays or non-cooperation.
