Payments and Refunds

This Payments and Refunds policy outlines the payment terms for XpressTech services, including web design, digital marketing, social media marketing, IT consulting, and Xpress Lite landing pages, as well as our refund eligibility and process. All services are initiated only after the required payment is received, as detailed in our Terms and Conditions.

1. Payment Terms

XpressTech requires advance payment for all services to ensure timely initiation and delivery. Payments must be made via approved methods, including UPI, Razorpay, or bank transfer, as specified during the checkout process. The following table outlines the payment terms for our plans:

100% prepaid payment required before service initiation.
Premium Plans
  • Premium Consulting (₹1299)
  • Premium Dynamic Marketing (₹2499/month)
  • All-in-One Package (₹4999)
75% advance payment required before service initiation; remaining 25% due upon service completion.

Failure to make payments as per these terms may result in delays or cancellation of services. For Premium Plans, the remaining 25% payment must be completed upon service delivery or as mutually agreed in writing. Contact support@xpresstech.co.in for payment-related inquiries.

2. Refund Policy

XpressTech is committed to delivering high-quality services. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Eligibility for Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if XpressTech has not provided the service at all or has failed to provide the service as agreed (e.g., non-delivery of a website, social media setup, or consulting session).
  • Non-Eligible for Refund: Refunds will not be provided for services that have already been provided, including but not limited to completed website designs, social media profile setups, consulting calls conducted, or marketing campaigns launched.
  • Refund Process: To request a refund, contact us at xpresstech.in@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the request. Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days, and approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

No additional fees (e.g., cancellation or processing fees) will be charged for eligible refunds. Refunds are not available for third-party costs (e.g., ad credits for marketing campaigns) or services partially completed due to client delays or non-cooperation.

3. Payment Methods

We accept payments via the following methods:

  • UPI: Unified Payments Interface for quick and secure transactions.
  • Razorpay: Online payment gateway supporting cards, net banking, and wallets.
  • Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfers to our designated account (details provided upon request).

Payment instructions, including account details or payment links, will be provided during the checkout process. Ensure payments are made in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified.
