By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. General Terms of Use

You agree to use our website and services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You may not:

  • Engage in unauthorized access, hacking, or distribution of malicious code.
  • Use our website to transmit harmful or illegal content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services for violations of these terms.

2. Service Initiation and Payment Terms

All services provided by XpressTech, including web design, digital marketing, social media marketing, IT consulting, and Xpress Lite, will be initiated and provided only after the required payment is received in full or in part, as outlined below.

  • Basic Plans: Plans such as Basic Consulting, Basic Dynamic Marketing, individual Social Media Setup (e.g., Instagram Page, Facebook Page), and Additional Services (e.g., Email Accounts, Google Business Setup) require 100% prepaid payment before service initiation.
  • Marketing Plans: Plans including Dynamic Marketing Plans (Basic, Premium, Custom Requests), Social Media Setup (e.g., YouTube Channel, WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn), and Bundled Packages (e.g., Meta Platforms Bundle, All-in-One Package) require 100% prepaid payment before service initiation.
  • Premium Plans: Plans such as Premium Consulting, Premium Dynamic Marketing, and All-in-One Package require 75% advance payment before service initiation. The remaining 25% is due upon completion of the service or as mutually agreed in writing.

Payments must be made via approved methods (e.g., UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay) as specified in our Payments and Refunds policy. Services will not commence until payment is confirmed. Failure to make timely payments may result in delays or cancellation of services.

3. Service Agreements

Our services are subject to the following conditions:

  • Client Responsibilities: You must provide accurate and timely information, content, and approvals required for service delivery (e.g., website content, branding assets).
  • Delivery Timelines: Timelines are estimates and depend on client cooperation and payment receipt. Delays in providing materials may extend timelines.
  • Revisions: Basic and Marketing Plans include one round of revisions; Premium Plans include two rounds. Additional revisions may incur fees.
  • Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the performance or availability of third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Instagram, WhatsApp).

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables (e.g., website designs, social media profiles) created by XpressTech for your use. We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, templates, and processes. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your content for service delivery and promotional purposes (e.g., portfolio display).

5. Limitation of Liability

XpressTech is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
  • Performance of third-party platforms or tools (e.g., ad campaign results).
  • Losses due to client-provided content or delays.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., SEO rankings, ad performance).

6. Termination of Services

We may terminate services if:

  • You fail to make required payments.
  • You breach these Terms and Conditions.
  • You engage in unlawful or harmful activities.

Upon termination, you remain liable for payments due. Prepaid payments for uncompleted services may be refunded per our Payments and Refunds policy.

7. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of Mumbai, India. You agree to this jurisdiction and venue.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
